Anyone here? Looks like the settlement will amount to an average payout of $.107 per share minus legal fees of around $.04 per share, meaning my $12,000 loss on 1000 shares based on "allegedly" fraudulent and misleading statements by rich ex-boardmembers of Shiva might be worth about $60. I can hardly contain myself...
