The "E" appended to the stock symbol indicates that a security will be ineligible
for quotation and subject to removal from the OTC Bulletin Board 30 calendar days from the
date the "E" is appended (60 days if denoted with a plus sign ("+"), 90 days if denoted with two
plus signs ("++")), unless the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) is notified that
the company is current with regard to its public reporting requirements pursuant to the
regulations.
