Michael, Congratulations on your new child. Wanted to note that DCTM has finally broken through it's 200 day moving ave after 6 months of kicking around below 20. Maybe baby will get a new pair of shoes out of this! Hard to believe, if it's true, that DCTM pursued Lyondell for 3-5 years for a software deal. That's almost a lifetime when it comes to technology. I know that when big contracts are signed for a company trying to establish itself, substantial discounts are often made or conceded to. Do you read any significance into this contract beyond the deal itself? Was just wondering at what point you would consider Documentum to be back on track. Is it just a matter of sales and getting thru the Y2K stuff, or are there larger technological issues involved? Is Open Text better? or do they address slightly different technical corporate needs? As you may or may not know I'm just an investor looking to catch a wave on a stock looking like it's getting ready to turnaround, and trying to come up to speed on the sector. Good luck to all.
