I have not been following this too closely but two weeks ago when I checked into Insider Trader web site and saw the penny stock companies that had big insider trading. I then copied them down and put them into my Yahoo quote check list. The following morning(Monday) I saw that all of the (5+) had risen in price or at least stayed the same. I only did it for one week though, so I don't know if it happens all the time. If it did then buy on Friday the penny stocks going to be listed on the weekend at the web site. You would need to do alot of work though searching for companies that announce insider buying. The listing on Friday of the insider buyings might be the cause of moving the stocks on Monday. Hope this makes sense, John
