MuchoMan, some ominous chart pattern on S&P

we have a double head & shoulder pattern with a neckline at 1280-1300 just crossed, and another final neckline at 1220 that I call the "last ditch"

S&P now at 1270 close on Friday... BaldShitMer couldnt have picked a more inopportune time to make his comments, what with S&P at such a precarious position

good news in that Nasdaq Composite does not have a similar pattern exposing proximity to a precipice... and DowJ Industrials have more support just below... nonetheless, ominous

while the S&P and DJIA have returned to March levels, QCOM has done ok for itself... theQ has risen 5-fold... we just need a stable stock and bond market

Barrons surmises Ballmer was talking down the stock for one of two reasons: 1) lower grant price in newest upcoming MSFT mgmt options... 2) send a warning to federal courts that taking the legs out of MSFT in SunMicro settlement decision damage claims could harm the entire technology sector or entire stock market... interesting

agreed we are rangebound until new fundamental stimulus obviates the technicals... e.g. Philips handset sale, smashing Sprint rollout, relieved component supply shortage... I see another rebuff at 200... but after the third knock at that door, we break it down

G no more? a new nom de guerre?
from the tree, jim willie
