Zeev, I wish I had such a "disadvantage" at any price of Rambus. <gg> I know there are some required SEC forms. I think they are Forms 3,4 and 13D that may apply to Stuart or his group at a certain % of ownership, however, none of which prevents sale or purchases of stock, only that any changes in % of ownership status are filed. I think that's how it works.
