It is difficult to know what Via planned versus what Via needs and how that changes with the 2 or 3 week hit to production.

Having said that, I would be surprised if Via doesn't have to make some choices here. Intel will be at a disadvantage because of the lawsuit situation but in this industry loyalties can change for the right price. Intel and AMD will probably get opportunities to sharpen their dealmaking skills.
