There is a conspiracy theory that is rumored for MSFT's presidents comments and that is Microsoft is planning to be buying a few small and bigger companies, and they are trying to get them cheap. Whether this is true or not, time will only tell. But I agree with you, MSFT's president is not dumb otherwise he would not be MSFT's president. Every word these guys speak publicly is pre-calculated. But who knows, Dan Quale was the VP of the greatest nation on earth and he always said (and continues to say) dumb things all the time!
