3 months is nothing in the life of real business, but this is the internet. 3 months in this environment is like 3 years in other markets.

I don't get you point?? You are correct that technology is moving very fast in the internet and technology sector. However it can only be assumed that the companies that JDX has been looking at and will do the deal(s) with are at the leading edge of their technology/internet field. So if JDX has taken 8 months to find the right company with the best technolgoy to offer they are not falling behind, they are making the best choice to increase shareholder value.

At the present time they have already look into and been in talks over 50 companies in the past 6 months. Sure they could have taken the first one that came along with a .com in the name or a flashy new wireless technology and ran up the stock but would that have been in the best interest of the long term shareholders? I would rather we do some deals with hardcore fundamentals and leading edge technology than some 2-bit internet shell that will wow people for 1 week.

In other words I agree with Lola that it takes time to build real businesses.

As for the market crash...the S&P and Dow both flirted with major resistance points on Friday but didn't crash and instead formed weak hammers...this easily could have gone the other way and that is why I was on alert. The transports have already been in crash mode for the past month and if it wasn't for the strong tech. rallies the indexes would look down right brutal. However if the G7 meeting is positive we will likely get some bottom fishing on Monday but there is no way we are going to have an strong rallies before Greenspan speaks in Oct. I am sure you are basing your Oct. crash prediction on past years but we are sitting right on the edge of a cliff in the major markets and it won't take much to push them over the edge.

Best Regards
KEITH
