Zorro, I e-mailed the following to Milberg-Weiss. Unfortunately, CAWS is still not listed on their class action page. But here is the link to that page:

I have contacted you in the past regarding your class
action against CAI Wireless, and wonder why I did not
receive a copy of your mailing regarding new activity
in this case.

Here is information from the the Claims Administrator,
in a letter dated Aug. 23, 1999, received by another
former CAWS shareholder:

In re CAI Wireless Securities Litigation
c/o Gilardi & Co. LLC
Claims Administrator
PO Box 5100
Larkspur, CA 94977-5100

The reward is based on a sliding scale: From May 23,
1996 until Apr. 29, 1997. With the breakdown of the
reward, it slides from $3.20 to $0.01.

Also, please read and consider this comment on the
Silicon Investor site by another CAWS investor:

Message 11359211

Immediately after management "extinguished" (their
words) all of the shareholders through bankruptcy,
they sold out for multi-millions to MCI. Criminal
charges should be filed by the New York State attorney
general, but we who lost thousands due to this scam
will settle for monetary damages. And there are a lot
of damages to collect.
