I think one way to look at it is from a SECTOR ROTATION perspective. If SECTOR ROTATION does continue, then it is possible that with the END-OF-MONTH RALLY, the DOT may lag behind the other rallying sectors. Thats not to say it would correct, just lag behind. If that does happen it would lend some merit to the arguement that the recent rally in the INTERNETs is just part of the SECTOR ROTATION and thence only temporary.
