Mike, I know of the firm that TCT is using know for the audited financial statements and it is a local firm. I am not sure why there has been so many changes in respect to who to use but as far as I know Dick Cook Schuli is a smaller firm with maybe a dozen employees. My personal take on it was that it was going to be cheaper to use a smaller firm as they won't put 4 or 5 people to do the audit but rather 1 or 2. It would take a bit longer but the job would be done and the bill not as high. I may be wrong but that is my take on that part of the situation. Curtis
