Trading kills you. I think your rage comes from trying to trade. This is a universal experience. All traders quit in time because they can't manage what it does to your emotions. Consider Ron Dior. When he first came on this thread he acted like you. He was the throw the dice trader. I gave him hell for it and after a while he realized on his own that he was accomplishing nothing. He might still be trading a little, but fighting with me I suspect has caused him to slow it down. To the extent he has, his capital has been preserved. Then he saw that talking the big time talk was nothing but a safety valve for getting rid of stress much of which originated in trading. He further saw that it is bad form to mention your moves publicly. Everything you say will be interpreted in a way that is demeaning to you. When you see this you won't ever want to mention any move you've made good or bad. Do you ever see me mention anything I do? Yecchhh. When Ron quit the macho talk, he started contributing to the thread in a constructive way. Would he have made it to Fortune Magazine if he had continued to shoot from the hip?
