"It's not just your spelling, it's that sentient argument is beyond your abilities." - Sentient is a word used to describe a concious organism. A chicken is sentient because it can feel pain as pain (presumably.) The word you are looking for is not sentient. Maybe "intelligent" would work better. You need to think check your post.
PS- yes, I did misspell pluperfect. It is, however a viable tense usually translated from Latin using the word "had" and the relevant verb. Had written, had corrected, had rebutted.
