Ike, the ones I remember best were Mohawk Data Systems, National Equipment Rental, Control Data, etc. from the late 1960s, early 1970s. Their PE ratios were as high as the current leaders, when they had earnings. Commodore was in a different market environment, as the entire market had a much lower pe ratio. The sixties and early 70s were more conducive to craziness with their concept of "go-go stocks."
