As I recall, the Republican tax cut would have spent projected budget surpluses that may or may not have appeared. While I realize that reality is more than one can expect of a Republican on a tax cut high, people really should be more fiscally responsible. In 30 years, my generation is going to raid Social Security to pay for your Cold War. Just thought I should give some warning.
PS- I'm very glad to see that you were not stupid but were joking about Bird's district (apparently.) But re you comments of China vs. Starr- Clinton's trip to China maintained relations with a major nuclear power and trading partner. What did Starr really do?
