Thank you for the dissertation. What was the point of that exactly? The WV's have had enough sense to elect a more unscrupulous Congressman than the rest of us? And why is the fact that he's a Democrat relevant? Did you know that Susan Smith's stepfather (she drowned her two children a few years ago) is a Republican? Do you really care?
