M; Another item of concern is the privacy issue. There is alot of public concern about big brother watching. We see more invasion of personal privacy in many spheres of our life; indeed, I recently saw a tv program called "Big Brother" on this very topic. We could see a big backlash to the use of this info. Also, I would point out that the commercial value of this kind of info is not well established, imo. Data mining has been going on in areas like consumer products for some time, and I have yet to see any glowing reports on how useful this data collection/analysis process really is. It could be many years of expenses before there is a real payoff for this effort. David
