Mr James McLeod reports
Current Exploration Projects
Miner Mountain, BC (copper/silver/gold): A lode porphyry property
(approximately 9,200 acres) which is in the Similkameen mining division of
southern BC near the mining-logging community of Princeton. The Bud
property adjoins the northern boundary of the world class Copper
Mountain-Ingerbelle (copper-gold) deposit which has operated for several
long periods since the turn of the century (currently operating). The
company has recently completed surveys over a portion of the property. The
work included mapping and magnetometer and VLF electromagnetic surveys. The
initial results of grab samples from the property which were obtained from
surface showings and analyzed, returned assays that ranged from 1.0% - 4.5%
copper, one oz/t to three oz/t silver and up to 0.051 oz/t gold. The
company plans to complete the initial fieldwork program over the remainder
of the property and to detail the currently anomalous zones prior to
undertaking a drilling program. The drill permit is in place and drilling
will begin in April 1997.
Hearne Hill, BC (copper/silver/gold): In the heart of the Babine Lake
copper porphyry belt, in central BC. The recently completed 1996 program
included geophysical surveys, sampling and prospecting designed to
delineate areas of interest. These areas will be further delineated during
the current program and will undergo drilling during 1997.
Buffalo Hills, Alberta (kimberlites): The company has acquired a 50%
interest in 72 contiguous sections of mineral leases (approximately 46,000
acres) in the Buffalo Hills kimberlite field in the Peace River area near
the village of Manning, Alberta. The lease area covers aeromagnetic
signatures which may indicate underlying kimberlites in this hot
exploration area. These particular areas of interest will be ground
surveyed in the near future. The field crew is being mobilized and
available in the next 30 days.

Not bad for a .15 cent flier-the leverage is great! In my opinion, anything under .20 is a good buy while the company waits for the snow to melt and spring break-up.
Bye for now,
Larry
