Peter,
The 5 year chart on IDC is similar to a pancake. Your right about the lawyer thing and they just dumped Doyle a few days ago who was a lawyer running the company.

If they ever land a respected person for CEO that's from the industry he may change things.

One thing we can't deny is IDC still continues to license for TDMA/GSM/PHS etc. If is a very big word as we know but just what if all in the world licensed with IDC as the other 20 have done ?

It's really hard for me to understand how 20 companies legal staff examined IDC's patents and considered the valid and paid them for it and yet the big boys keep holding out.

You sure know what happened to the Q price wise when ERICY settled with them , right ? If, just what if the firm of Fullbright and Jaworski brings ERICY to their knees and wins the case in Texas. The patents at issue have been revalidated already although it isn't public yet. What would ERICY owe claiming to have built 50 % of the 200 million users ?

If they sign I think it's fair to say so will the rest ? With 2 dollars in cash and recurring revenues coming in it's no risk at all .

I don't think there will be nothing to compare in 5 years as far as performance goes because I think IDC will be swept away by someone. Wouldn't it be funny if it was the Q ?
