Seems logical that AOL take Excite off T's hands and do a cable access deal via @home. T gets AOL traffic and other big ISP's thru its pipes, sheds the content/search business that doesn't fit their model and focuses its $ on build out of cable/phone infrastructure. Open net access issue becomes a moot point if AOL drops out. Too logical?
