the only reason they havent been halted yet is because they are sooo slick, soooo sleazy
they hide within the loophole of
the final paragraph in each press release,
the "safe harbor" and the "certain forward looking statements" is what keeps these asswipes out of hot
water.
I have complained to the SEC twice already.
It really pissed
me offf that they can make up
fake companies at a whim, issue "FREE SHARES"
send them to our stock accoiunts right under the nose of
theSEC,, and fool everyone... Its amazing that they
are capable of getting away with this
without being HALTED. or delisted. ANYTHING can
be called a company in Florida. Thats where they have all
their new companies incorporated, and Floyd and Brad are
realy still in charge.
They will someday soon have to have legitimate books
or they are supposed to be thrown to the PINK SHEETS,
where they belong if they are not a reporting company...
all they intend to to is
sell off the last of the 500 mil shares left , then do the
reverse split. and then either just shut the doors, or try to
get an extension on the due date to become a reporting
company Then they can issue another 100 mil shares
and try the same thing all over again.
I cant wait to see how they dance around the SEC when
the time comes. Every dog has its day, and I hope the
SEC fianally lays the smack down on these guys.

I have moved on and am happy to be rid of this crummey
peice of shi.. from my accounts, but I am going to
be here to watch this peice of crap sink under the waves.
I hope they are de-listed and halted before they
get away with more skams.
. I am sure the SEC will drag its feet
again and I am willing to bet in another year or two other
peopl will have fake shares of some crappy made up stock
in their accounts. Club IVY, Stategic alliance<
whats this new one named in the news release???
I am sure they will issue shares in it too. I hope the SEC
will do something about these guys someday soon.
and I will complain to them till they do. I want to
behere when they are halted., delisted, and thrown into
jail.
