Re: UPCA Update Truth4U reported on 9/15 that UPCA was packing boxes for parts unknown. See: ragingbull.com The next day, a concerned investor called UPCA and talked to "Frenchy". Among other things... I was also told from Uniprime that they are not - not moving. He stated that if they were to move, they would have already done so long ago. He asked how I got this information, and I stated on a BB. He also stated that a lot of untruths have been stated on the internet and reiterated that they were not moving away. Even their biggest supporter admits they've moved but wasn't given their new number. Truth4U speculates Tabb moved back to Florida to pursue an old business, a boat store. See: ragingbull.com Janice finds a Florida listing for a Gary Tabb owning Dolphin Marine in Florida as late as 1995. Tabb's partner was Joseph Petrillo. Tabb who was involved with our old friend Joseph Petrillo in the Tab Auto Group around 1991. So who is Harvey P. Tabb? Check out that name in the SEC enforcement database.
