When you work hard all week, spend Saturday in the ER when there is so much to do, you want to scream in frustration, don't you. So you have to think positively and refuse to be sick; often you are better. We'll both keep our fingers crossed for you.
(Besides, working too much can stress you - and you know it is never appreciated.)
