Hi Gary, yes I have real time access to Edgar and there has been some tremendous activity with SmighKline selling the majority of their postion, small insider selling of employees relative to their positions, and a new 13D with a partnership acquiring over 5%. I don't want to throw out numbers that I can't verify but Smithkline has a major investment in a rheumatoid arthritis drug using Idec's technology that is currently in the final clinical phase. Between two manufacturing plants that are being built to manufacture CE9.1 and clinical costs I hesitate to say but this is one major operation addressing one of the largest mkts in the biotech industry. The real excitement has not been CE9.1 but their lead drug for non hodgkins lymphoma. You might want to review some of the previous posts to get a better feel for the company and their prospects. I know that you do quite a bit with TA and if you want to see a perfect H&S that Idec just broke down from you'll see it on the daily chart.
