bb, We'll you may be right. However, my analysis of my 65 Big Boyz (again about 45% of the U.S. equity market) shows that about 43% of the charts have been obliterated. It actually surprised me to see that the up trend trading channels mostly broke down in August, 1998. My guru, John Murphy, indicated Friday on CNBC that his research showed that there was a considerable lag between the break down of the infamous A/D line and Mr. Market. Another hypothesis based on the Captain's liquidity driven market thesis: until GE breaks the market is not broken. I appreciate your continuing interest in the OEX.
