Dear Hardline: I too have many years in the market (see profile) and we seem to be in agreement on the important points. Only dispute I would have with your statement regards Ballmer. Dont underestimate him, he is the BRAINS IMHO at MSFT and he certainly knows HIS company better than anyone else. I happen to agree with him MSFT is horribly overpriced especially since I happen to think that the future of computing is the thin client thus relegating their main product to the obsolete bin ultimately. I am not saying MSFT will fail as they have mucho cash etc etc and will diversify into new lines etc BUT you dont pay the kind of PE currently on a stock for an UNKNOWN future. JDN
