Well it's been a quiet week in Lake Meyerson, my home town. Clearly, the women are strong, the men are good looking, and the children are above average. And, during this restful, hushed period on the MHMY thread, yours truly has been skiing in New Mexico. The wife, the daughter, and myself had a glorious time at Taos: the end-of-season skiing in the April sun was magnificent. The grandeur of the high Rio Grande plateau and the simple beauty of the native church in Ranchos de Taos certainly pales the time vacuum these threads can become.

And, at that altitude, the sky is sooooo crystalline that all of us recognized the spacecraft partially obscured by the comet.
