Morning,

>>I just see people on RB keep saying something about "the lawsuit being the issue." Anybody know anything?<<

There is a lawsuit that Dil issued against the "Presidents Group". He made claims that he was not given shares that he was entitled too.

First, this will have no effect on shareholders, because it is a dispute with Presidents Group. Secondly, I believe it is a desperate attempt at covering a short position that he is finding very difficult to exit. It wasn't to clear who the major short was, until this lawsuit was filed.

If it comes down to believe one side or the other, I will go with Ed Gallagers track record of building sound companies over Dil's any day.

The issue is whether we have a viable growing company in terms of revenues and earnings. Aside from the need for audited financials, I think it is clear we do.

In my opinion, anyone that it short this company has made a serious mistake, except in the very short term.

Have a good day,

Rich
