Actually, cannibalism would be forbidden by the Old Testament Jewish dietary laws - humans don't chew a cud (at least most of us don't) or have split hooves.

But when it comes to Christians not under Mosaic law, there is no Biblical commandment forbidding it (ignoring nihil's funny post about ass-coveting). The close-to-universal abhorrence toward cannibalism and belief that it is wrong - in the absence of an explicit religious commandment - would be consistent with the idea that much of our knowledge of right and wrong is inborn.
