Benkea, Frankly speaking, I personally feel that of the most important market internal is the NEW HIGHs/LOWs not the A/D, thats just me and I am fully aware that many will argue that point with me. Therefore I agree with you that guidance from the A/D diminishes. Personally I have had much better success with using the NEW HIGHs in determining significant reversals. If you recall last DEC, when so many were bullish the NEW HIGH/LOWs signaled a minimum 5% pullback based on statistical analysis. And it again signaled a strong urgency for caution a few weeks ago.
