In fact, he stiffened penalties, making sure that those who acted in the same way he did when young will never have the same opportunities he now enjoys. We know, you're too thick to understand that times and laws change. What McCain did with his dirty dealings with Keating cannot be glossed over and righted by enacting new laws against future McCains. >>He also never comes across as intelligent.
