I was reading up on the subject of short selling and am curious if anybody knows the "short interest" , i.e. the total number of shares of DBCC that have been sold short? This information can be found in the Wall Street Journal which I would gladly go out and buy except for the fact that I am out of the country (Trinidad and Tobago). A sizable percentage (20% or more) of the outstanding shares sold short could eventually create an updraft in the stock price as the bears rush to cash in. Coupled with some good news (earnings), such a scenario could trigger an upward momentum in the price, a change we could all use. At this point, I am grasping for reasons to be optimistic about the dreadful state of this stock.
