An E-Mail from Jean Monroe: Dear Sir: We at ADI all have very strong convictions that the company will become successful because of the underlying strength of our technologies.With regard to the term of options,the company has always used three years as a common term although a five year period is also available for application.As we have produced a prototype chip and are now awaiting completion of a substantial funding,we are quite confident that the sample will be produced followed with a production model. Several major manufacturing companies have shown considerable interest in out technology and we are working toward bringing these interests to a valuable conclusion pending completion of our funding.
