An E-Mail from Kevin Monroe:

Dear Sir:
ADI is currently working on completing its funding proposal that would provide the company with the capital needed to make neccesary changes to its design. The company has been awarded the right to seek monetary compensation from its design contractor,Cadence Design Systems,Inc. A short while ago,Cadence Design Systems had filed a lawsuit against the company which was immediately dismissed based upon unfounded claims.The court,however,awarded ADI the right to file for arbitration to seek monetary damages based upon a 'breach of contract'.
The company is currently working on completing a funding proposal which would permit implementation od design changes necessary for it to function as originally specified.ADI has been in discussions with a few parties interested in participating and will select the one with the most attractive offer.
ADI has been in discussions with OEM's interested in using its components with the intended purpose of creating new market segments and/or enhancements to current ones

Sincerely;
Kevin Monroe
