I think that the volume is very low because there is very little tradable stock around at current levels. The recent run-up saw about 20% (by raw number terms) of the float traded. The stock seems to be under serious accumulation with the bid rising slightly each day. The technical picture seems to be indicating the possibility of another sharp rally. almost all technical indicators are very positive to the buy side.

There is a scattering of small oils running i.e. Kestrel KEST-NASDAQ ran up 50% on Friday to above $3. Are you watching any other small oil and gas stocks that look interesting technically?
