Another man's opinion: I just went shopping for a movie and found Amazon to be far better than BigStar. The prices were identical, but Amazon had a wider selection of titles in the category (Wallace & Gromit), plus Amazon had reviews of the titles that were helpful in making a selection. So that's where I made my purchase. Just another data point. (By the way, I'm long BGST but think they could learn a few lessons from Amazon.)
