OK, if $67.19 is merely an estimate based on the price a little over a month ago, my previous reply still stands. It is unlikely that the extra shares will flood the market at this time, but instead will be gradually placed in the market in the hope that there is some recovery.

The secondary quake in central Taiwan may be closer to the location of the company making SNDK chips, but I can't seem to find any details at present. The news from that area is very scant, concentrating mainly on the human side, as it should. We simply don't know from any reliable source what the damage is. But we do know that huge amounts of electric generating capacity have been affected, either because the generating plants themselves have sustained damage or because of downed transmission lines. Either way, I can't see how they're going to have enough power to run that factory on a regular basis. Art
