Because I don't plan to interfere in a Lawsuit between ZSUN and FWEB... IMO, FWEB will lose it and may well be wiped out as a result... In the best case scenario, what Venture Capitalist will SINK funds in an embattled Company whose total Assets roughly equals total Liabilities of about $1 Million?...
