Another possible stock distribution scheme: z_ica, last traded 7 3/4. It is ridiculously overvalued and should trade at $1 or lower. There is a big risk that deals either do not materialize or, if at all, then the revenues would be minuscule or not collectible. At the prevailing price, the chances are pretty well priced in while the risks are enourmous.
