Paul, your theories keep changing as the facts repeatedly prove them wrong.

First, last spring you said Castle Creek would not and could not be shorting. Now you claim they are the primary culprit in the current stock weakness.

Then Daddy Warbucks stood ready to purchase as many shares as Valence wanted to sell him. Since there has been no filing of beneficial ownership by Daddy Warbucks, now there are multiple Warbucks.

You claim the tape does not support the leaky floorless scenario, but you don't acknowledge that the stock is weak immediately before Warbucks buys. It's pretty simple really, Warbucks tells VLNC he will buy X dollars worth of shares on a certain date. Being desparate for money, VLNC has no other choice. Warbucks shorts in the weeks immediately preceeding the purchase, driving the price down. Warbucks purchases his shares and covers his shorts for an instant profit. No filing of beneficial ownership because the position is closed out. You claim the tape does not support this theory but the market action most certainly does.

You claim the selling was over after the stock price bottoms out, but then must readjust your theory when the stock dives again.

How will you explain it away if we do not see a 500,000 share increase in the short position for September, as you predicted?
