Tyler,

Please ask when he expects Open Text to become profitable.

Another question I have is what reassurances he can give to
shareholders that management won't be dumping shares as fast
as the price goes up. Although I averaged down to $8, there are
a lot of people whose basis in this stock is in the teens or even
twenties, and I feel strongly that management should show some
responsibility towards them.

Thanks a lot for your efforts, and hope you get some good, straight
answers and a good feeling about the integrity of the management.
