Thanks for the encouragement. It's a labor of love.

I actually give a lot of credit to the Koos for their verve and audacity. They've had the balls to come into our own backyard and did whatever it took to pull off their game plan. However, what goes around comes around. They've set themselves up for an awfully big fall.

Can't help wondering if the deal they recently completed to sell 50% interest of their display division to Philips for $1.51 billion doesn't come with a lot of Zenith's assets attached. Seems like a very big price to pay for a few display factories.

I note that Philips just received a contract to produce STBs for DirecTV. Did LGE include, in the sale to Philips, the capacity agreements of Zenith Network System's former Chihuahua factory?

What about other Zenith assets such as the remaining equipment in Rauland? Does Philips get that, too?

Lots of questions need lots of answers.
