>>The result: an explosion of economic and productivity growth--first in the U.S., with the rest of the world soon to follow.<< this is a nice theory, however, let it be a lesson to all that one ought to understand what they are talking about. productivity growth in the us a manipulated number. chained dollars (read, dollars that the govt made up out of thin air to manipulate the gnp #s up by about 100%) make up most of our productivity increase and they aren't real. w/o them, gnp is growing a little over 2% - very near historical norms. productivity is about flat. these are the facts this person did not investigate. too bad. rather than be thought a fool, he took out his pen and removed all doubt.
