We have no insider info no contacts at the company and don't know anything more than the MXNT has chosen to release. Unlike our profile of USBL, ddinvestor.com has not been paid by MXNT to profile them at our site. We follow their progress (or lack thereof) just like any other investor. As to the SEC filing, I have seen the same comment you mention.
