Jeffrey, well - the increase is referenced to 'year ago',
and thus can be reported as the 'first increase'. Doesn't
tell you much about the trend. It could have been rising
for several months already. Pet peeve: wish they would
include a monthly chart. But that would make it harder to
[mis]lead investors.
