What's so ridiculous about it? Business Winstone 99 causes the processor bus to be occupied only 7% of the time. It's obvious that memory performance isn't going to make much of a difference in this test.

<Strangely, we found that our overclocked 440BX/SDRAM/133 system managed to best the i820/RDRAM/133 system by 2 to 4% in these benchmark results.>

What's so strange about that? Overclocking a 440BX system not only overclocks memory, but also overclocks the chipset, the AGP controller, and every PCI device in the system. In other words, we can see what kind of performance a PC133 system can't achieve.
