Ian, I was referring to chip equipment manufacturers but I left out the word "equipment". Sorry for the confusion but the 15 minutes had expired before I realized my mistake and couldn't correct it. Further, I assumed you would know what I meant.

Regarding your reference to me as an amateur investor, I beg to differ. I have been at this for nearly 40 years and I was a top producing broker for Merrill Lynch for ten years. I survived the bear market of 1966 to 1974, one I never want to go through again unless I'm on the short side.
I admit that I don't have a deep technical understanding of the inner workings of MTSN's business. I find it pretty complicated. But I think I bring some other things to this board that I view as positive. Obviously, you feel otherwise. I concluded awhile back that you viewed my postings on MTSN's TA as an annoyance, even though they called the breakout at 7 and the move to 13 and then, again, the breakout at 13 and move to 15. This is valuable information which you tend to ignore (at you own peril) for some strange reason. FYI, my TA expertise got me out of MTSN at a big profit back in 1997 before the ride to 2. That's not the work of an amateur. Where were you during the decline? Anyway, I enjoy your postings and find them helpful in educating me on the fundamentals of the industry.

<<Nothing annoys me more than amateur investors who want the company to waste its time and resources holding their hand every time the stock price downticks by a 16th.>>

Ian, I think a drop of 20% in two days (after such an impressive breakout)is slightly more than a 1/16. Ever hear of a reversal or a blow off? These are possibilities for a stock that performed like MTSN did last week. And I can tell you that the implications are not always pleasant.
