Aus, I'm not going to ask how you found that site, but it certainly answers our questions. SNDK ought to be a fantastic buy this morning. As for the LEXAR suit, there are several aspects that investors might be interested in:

An injunction often requires the posting of bond by the plaintiff. We'll see if SNDK demands that bond be posted. An injunction also indicates that there are triable issues of fact, which means the judge is signifying the issue can go to trial. Additionally, as one member pointed out in a previous comment, in order for LEXAR to prevail at trial, they have to prove damages in the form of lost business. And this proof needs to show specific damages - not just big round numbers, but real specifics like the number of orders that were shifted from LEXAR to SNDK because of SNDK claims. That's a pretty big job, but even if LEXAR can prove it, they also have to prove all along why they shouldn't be paying royalties to SNDK. Art
