Is Rambus a good buy at $60?

I have owned and followed Rambus for a couple of years now and have done very well with it. I own my long shares now but previously sold my trading shares.

First it depends on what your objective and time frame. If long term than yes it is a good buy at 60 unless I misread the current situation. If a short term trade, I would avoid. Too much uncertainty. RMBS is falling and has support at low 60's and even stronger support around 50. I would not be surprised for it to fall to that level.

Basically it looks like a few month delay in ramp up of RMBS. As long as Intel supports the future is golden. I believe they will. RMBS has stated that the problem is not in their design.

Last spring a similar scare hit and the stock dove to about 50. When it goes up it goes up fast and visaversa.

This stock is not for those that volatility upsets. Wait until it finds its bottom and follow the news closely.

I will be buying more trading shares at that time and have faith that my investment in RMBS will continue to reward me well

Regards

Neil
